This is a 1960 FORD F-100 4X4 custom cab short bed pickup truck. Complete frame up cab off restoration in 2002 and only 5000 miles on restoration. In the process of the restoration, all new rubbers seals on doors and windows. New front windshield ( no chips or cracks ) New steel replacement panels for corrosion areas, new body work with epoxy primer coat, multi stage paint color, clear coat, smoothed and polished, with color match to VIN code ( Wimbledon White & Rangoon Red). POR15 frame,and drive train painting. New engine hoses, and engine gaskets . New brake lines, brakes and drums turned, New rear axle bearings and seals . New front axle seals, New upholstery ,seat and head liner. New exhaust from engine to tail pipe. All the chrome was redone or new chrome was purchased. This 4X4 truck is time period factory correct, with the VIN code, Body style, Paint color, Engine size, And drive axle. It has a straight 6 223 139HP engine with 53000 miles from the last rebuild in 1997. T-98 four speed manual transmission with granny 1st and PTO outputs. Dana 21 transfer case, divorced with (4-L N 2-H 4-H) Dana 44 front axle with 3.73 gears Ford 9" rear axle with 3.73 gears 15 inch vintage mag wheels with 265/75 all season tires with great tread. Most everything has been gone through on this truck and it is in great condition and ready go anywhere. It did start life as a two wheel drive truck . And the four wheel drive was installed just like FORD did in 1960. With 1960 four wheel drive front axle ,transfer case, and drive lines. It is also a radio delete truck ,but does have a removable radio installed under the dash. and Oil,water,volt gauges installed under the dash also. Very dependable and built FORD tough.
