I loved this car. I was the second owner; I bought it two years old in 1999 and drove it until April . Took good care of it and kept pretty good records of repairs (I'll hand them over with the car). The fully automatic ragtop works fine (but right now, seems to be balky). The engine runs like a top. It will come with a set of regular tires and winter tires (used for 3 seasons). It has a few dings here and there and the leather needs work, but it was never smoked in. According to my mechanic, it has an oil leak and suspension issues (including two broken rear springs and a broken shock absorber). The A/C blower works intermittently. I can't fix this stuff myself, so repairing it isn't affordable for me, but maybe you can fix it up. Or strip it for parts. The car is for sale as is. Answers to some questions: Original engine? Yes. Can I drive it? I drove it for a few days in its current condition, but it has very little cushion, if any, in the suspension. Other things? Passenger door lock doesn't auto-close if its not in the mood (it locks, just not automatically). Radio is not original, though I will turn over the original radio/cassette deck with the car. Also, I added an amp and replaced the original speakers. The car still has winter tires on it. (This was the third season for these tires.) The regular tires will be turned over with the car. This is The Ultimate Driving Machine. Taking it out with the top down on the Merritt Parkway in the spring, or driving through falling leaves on CT 137, is the greatest.
