You are the next owner of a 1959 Ford Ranchero project car. I purchased this vehicle out of Oregon City, Oregon, almost two years ago, with the intent of restoring it into a 1959 Galaxie Ranchero (see pictures). I purchased a complete 1959 Ford Galaxie two-door donor sedan to transfer all parts onto the Ranchero. I purchased remanufactured Galaxie door panels and original upholstery material from SMS, Oregon, and had the seat reupholstered in the exact Galaxie pattern. This is a numbers matching car, and comes with a 292 CID motor coupled to a very rare first year 1959 Ford Cruis-o-matic transmission. It has factory power steering and two speed electric wipers. Except for the rear, windows are factory tint--drivers window is cracked. Original exterior paint was Black, and interior was Red, so to turn this into a two-tone black and red vehicle isn't far off the money (see picture). I have collected everything to rebuild and turn this into a high dollar Galaxie Ranchero--many more parts are stored in cabinets, thus not photographed. There is, easily repairable floorboard, rocker and minor wheel-well rust--normal for these vehicles. Inner fenders are included. The rear bumper and backup light housings were rechromed last year. I was preparing to deliver it to the media blasters when I found and purchased a fully optioned 1957 Ford Country Sedan. I really like the Ranchero and do not want to sell it; but I just retired and have reduced income, so my wife says something has to go--anyway, I like my 1957 Fords better and my '57 convertible needs to be restored, hence you are getting a great buy. The Rancher comes with an Oregon Vehicle Certificate of Title, and Oregon license plates, EMG 418. The trailered photo was my trip home from Oregon City.
