This is a completely stock 993, except the stereo. I have owned the car for several years and have put maybe 6,000 miles on it. The car is always stored in a temperature controlled vintage car facility. The car was in wonderful condition and it has been driven so little there has not been a need for much maintenance. With that said the air conditioning evaporator was replaced. The evaporator sits behind the dash and will fail at sometime on all 993's. It is a $2500.00 repair tab. beyond that the only maintenance has been oil changes and the valve cover gaskets were replaced. Again the reason for so little maintenance is do to so few miles driven. The tires are at about 90% tread and the brake pads around 50%. The wheels do show some road rash on the leading edge of the spokes. Can't see it from three feet away, unless you are looking for it. Beyond that I am not aware of anything else that needs attention on the car. I hate selling this car but two daughters in college this year, so a couple toys need to go. The following either go with the car or are upgrades: 1. New Blaupinkt stereo with iPod and iPhone adapter. It also has hands free Bluetooth. The factory radio goes with the car. 2. Carpet was replaced with factory replacement throughout the car. 3. Trickle charger mounted in the trunk. 4. Car cover ( Never Used ) 5. Bra Please email with any questions.
