This auction listing is for an awesome 1978 Jeep CJ-7 Golden Eagle that was recently completely restored and is in excellent running/driving condition. The motor is a rebuilt AMC 304 V-8 that sounds and runs great. It has a three-speed manual transmission with a new clutch and part time four wheel drive with manual locking hubs. Headers and dual exhaust. (Sounds good, but not overly loud.) Disc brakes. It has 33"x12.5"x15" all terrain tires on stock steel Jeep wheels. Also comes with a bikini top. All that's left to do is touch up some minor damage to the body and paint it the color you want it to be! This Jeep's restoration was fully documented and all of the receipts, as well as photos of the job are included with it's purchase. Altogether there are nearly 12k in receipts. New parts for this Jeep included the following: Suspension overhaul with Softride Suspension lift and new steering box, urethane bushings throughout, new shocks, new fiberglass body with body lift, new Bestop replacement top, new Hays clutch, complete motor rebuild, new Edelbrock intake manifold and carburator, new fuel tank, new hydraulic brake lock, new seat covers and dash pad, etc.. Please look carefully at the photos, as I have tried to represent this Jeep fairly and show any and all damage or obvious defects plainly. It's an almost new old Jeep.
