2001 Dodge Heavy Duty Ram 2500 “SLT Plus” Laramie 4x4 5.9L Cummins Diesel 24 Valve HO, 6 speed manual, extended cab short bed. It has 159,350 miles. It is in very good condition with normal wear and tear for this year and mileage. It is blue with tan leather interior. Truck looks just as great in person. 2 owner truck. It has the famous 5.9L Cummins 24 Valve motor! It has all the standard “SLT Plus” Laramie features and others including dual power seats, heated leather seats, 6 speed manual trans, 3.55 anti-spin axle, cab steps, shift on the floor 4x4, trailer tow package, power and heated mirrors, fog lights, and much more. Aftermarket features are: Front leveling kit, Exhaust brake, Electric trailer brake controller, Spray-in liner, Dick Cepek custom aluminum wheels, Sony Xplode Stereo w/ Remote (MP3,WMA,SAT,HD capability). This truck runs very strong and drives nicely. The suspension and braking are solid (Upper and lower ball joints replaced at 150k and Track Bar replaced at 159k). The Dick Cepek aluminum wheels are in nice condition and the 265/75/16 Sumitomo Tires have reasonable tread remaining (please see pictures) All the power windows, door locks, etc work great. The two lights in the overhead console do not come on and the sunglasses compartment door has Velcro inside due to broken latch. The only mechanical disclosures are there is an oil leak and you must depress the clutch all the way to the floor to start the truck. The truck runs, drives, and shifts down the road fine with no issues. Everything else in the truck works. A/C and heater work great. No smoke odor! Cosmetically, it has normal wear and tear/dings from over the years, but no major dents. There is a star in the windshield near edge (see picture). The inside of the bed has a spray-in liner and is not dented (there are a few paint stains and holes from a 5th wheel hitch which was removed by previous owner) The interior is in very nice condition. The dash doesn't have any cracks. The tan leather interior looks great with the exception of the tear on driver’s side (see picture). Comes with owner’s manual, two keys, and one key fob. It is a 2001 truck so one of the very last true heavy duty Dodges with the 5.9L 24 valve diesel, before they got all the emissions stuff the new ones have. Never in an accident!
