For sale is a 1977 Chevrolet Malibu Classic. I purchased this car last September with the intention of restoring it. I'm selling it now because I just don't have the time for it, and it's just going to sit. The engine runs fine, their is a problem with the transmission, it does not go into gear, could be a universal joint, linkage, I'm not sure. The exhaust needs work as well, it has been patched. The only other thing that it would need is a new clutch for the air conditioning motor. The body has some dings and rust and there was some previous attempts at body work (see photos). This would be a good car for the right person to restore or a good parts car. The inspection is good until September of this year. As far as I know, I am the third owner. Along with the car I'm selling two used tires in good condition BF Goodrich P235/70R15 102S M+S mounted on Cragar S/S rims. There is some pitting and a little rust (see photos). The driver's side floor pan will need to be replaced and there is a replacement floor pan that is being sold with the car (see photos). Also included are two m irrors I was going to install as part of the restoration. Again, the engine runs and runs well, however the transmission will not engage, so if you bid and win, the car will need to be picked up.
