This is a very nice Passat in a gray/blue color with no damage (some tiny parking lot marks here and there). There is one tiny ding in the truck lid (see picture). This car runs and looks great, has ice cold A/C and very good tires (60-75% tread). This Passast has power windows, locks, heated front seats, rear window shade, Volkswagen Monsoon (top of the line) stereo system and sunroof. It is powered by a smooth four cylinder, turbo-charged engine with the famous triptronic automatic transmission. There are two minor issues- the rear windows do not operate. The window motors work, but the windows do not go up and down. I understand that this is due to non-use (I am a single senior driver)and they may need regulator repair kits (15.00-20.00 each on Ebay). The other issue is a tiny oil drip that I believe is coming from the valve cover area. Again, probably no big deal, since it leaks about 1/2-3/4 quart in 2,000 miles. Other than these two small issues, this is a terrific, low mileage VW that looks great and is cheap to drive. For those who may not know about these cars, they were the top of the line VW, beautifully engineered to run practically forever with the proper maintenance. You are welcome to inspect this vehicle or have an independent inspection performed prior to the end of the auction only.
