Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a 1970 Factory Original Panther Pink Plymouth Barracuda. This car originally was a 318 3-speed car. It came from the factory FM3 Moulon Rouge(Pink) with a black vinyl roof and black interior. According to Galen only 30, 1970 Barracudas(BH model) were built. Pink Cudas(BS model) were much more common. The Fender tag, Door tag, Dash pad vin plate and cowl vin numbers all match. It has a clear Iowa Title. This car has an 8 3/4 rear end, and drum brake front end, all suspension components are there No shocks front or back. Interior is non-rallye dash, dash is complete, all seat belts and interior trim is there as well as all the glass, window regulators etc. The hood is in great condition and the trunk lid is good to no rust. Both doors look ok with the passenger door having a little rust in the front bottom corner. Both fenders have rust in them. The header panel is good. it has a clean gas tank, There is NO GRILLE NO MOTOR NO TRANSMISSION. I have almost everything else about 90% of it I think. Just check out the pics The fender tag reads: V1X C55 M21 R11 Y05 EN1 FM3 H6X9 000 626 141876 E44 D13 BH23 G0B 395790 Vehicle Condition The rear quarters have been replaced with AMD half Quarters, professionaly butt welded in place very well done. AMD Trunk Drops, the trunk floor was patched with a trunk floor from another cuda. Left rear frame rail end was replaced, professionaly done a very common rust area. The outer wheel houses were patched due to custom flares someone had butchered on. The same reason the quarters were done. There was not much rust in the quarters just cut and bent for flares old school style I guess. Tail panel has had a couple of small patches on the underside nothing major. The main floor area is great except for the drivers side is rusted, the rest of the floor is good. The Firewall and cowl area have the usual rust on the drivers side, also under the wiper motor. Passenger side looks good. Both rockers and frame rails look to be rust free and solid radiator support. I have had alot of work done and this project is at at great place for someone to take over. It is a rare car being original Pink 3 speed black interior. Please email me with any questions and I will try and answer them, I have tried to describe the Barracuda as best I can. Car is being sold as is with no warranty.
