The cowl tag reads: st69 12437 nor142667 BDY tr 711 59 B PNT 10A X11 The frames rails ans shock towers are very solid. the floors need some work. around the windows and rood are good. The sub frame looks good as well.the car needs all new sheet metal of coarse. car also needs rockers, firewall looks great(may have been sand blasted at one time) car has the originally 3 speed pedals. i believe the car was originally a 3 speed on the column 307 v8 with manually brakes,non ac, power steering car. the car has drum brakes all around. the rear end is not bolted in car, just sitting on the springs, for the purpose of rolling the car around. Over all this car is a pretty good solid builder. great start. car does not come with a motor or trans. CAR NEEDS TOTAL RESTORATION. Has the cowl tag and vin on car. Car comes with a certification of sale or transfer paper work for 1972 or older cars or any other non title cars from NYS DMV. this is paper work from NYS for cars 72 and older that have lost there transferable registration. So check the state that you are in to see if this will work for you, before you buy this car.another words a bill of sale only with paper work to get a NYS transferable title.
