This is a verty clean original 1956 Buick Super 4 door Hard Top . I am helping a friend sell so please read the entire add and ask all questions before you bid. When we say new we mean within the past year or so and the car hasn been driven but to the saturday night hang out. . This car has a very low reserve. The car has 62k original miles . It has a 322 Buick Nail Head engine , 2 barrel carb with automatic transmission. The Paint was redone about 1 year ago in the original Coral and White. At that time the upholstery was redone in the original pattern. The body is 99.9% rust free At the time of the paint job the front floor pans were repaired. If you will look at the pictures the button of the rear bumper does have some rust. I am told by my friend this is the only spot left on the car. The interior is original with the following power accessories windows , brakes, steering, seat, and antenna. The rear windows are slow but do work as do the front. There are small cracks in the corners of two of the windows seen in the pictures. This does not impair the function of the windows. He replaced the gas tank and sender but the fuel gauge does not work , we believe it to be the ground to the sender. It has a new muffler and shocks. It has new tires all the way around. The wiper is vacuum and does not work. There is an electric kit being sold that will fix this problem. The car runs very good and drives down the road wonderfully smooth . This car as stated has a very low reserve and you could be taking it to the local hang out or car show next week . Again please ask all the questions you need I will get back with you asap.
