This is a 1986 Fiero Gt fastback That I bought about 5 yrs ago from the Original and only owner, he bought it new in 86 and had put roughly 246,000 highway miles on it. The body and interior are in very good condition for age. It is currently not running. I drove it for about 140 miles before the throwout bearing started to go out and I parked it. It has been sitting since then and would probably only need a battery, new fuel pump and new fuel lines to start..There is a couple small rust stains on the passenger carpet from a tool or something sitting on the carpet for so long and the usual drivers side seat tear but otherwise interior is in excellent condition. The body is also in really good condition minus needing a paint job because most of the clear coat is gone. It is a manual 4 speed transmission that is also equipped with remote start... It has the moonroof and is basically a stock vehicle. I bought this with the intentions of it being my daily driver as the engine ran fine before the throwout bearing started to go.Unfortunately I do not have the money or mechanical skills to fix this up because it is a great car that I would love to drive. as i was trying to repalce the fuel pump the bolts that hold the straps for the tank snapped and would need to be replaced which is easy and cheap to find. The tires also need to be replaced as they are dry rotted ..It has the grey honeycomb 15 inch rims on it with the red exterior and grey stripe at the bottom.. I had a 88 Fiero Gt before this and have plenty of parts that u could have at the end of this auction if you need them , I have intake manifold, aftermarket headers, valve covers, radiator, extra fuel tank, block , heads, almost anything from my parted 88 gt would be available to you after purchasing this car as I would no longer have a Fiero and have no need for these spare parts. Also the back deck lid does not stay up on its own anymore for some reason and the decklid lock needs to be replaced which i think he included when i bought it .I will look and answer any questions you may have.
