All vehicles listed are to be assumed AS-IS unless otherwise noted in the listing. Some vehicles will have the remainder of their factory warranty. We do offer a wide variety of warranty options for most vehicles. Please contact us if you would like further details.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
• The successful high bidder will submit a $500 Non-Refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. This way the vehicle is held for you.
• Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before or at the time of delivery of the vehicle.
• Deposits can be left via Major Credit Card. We ONLY accept Certified or Cashier's Checks, or Wire Transfers as forms of payment. Please call if you have any questions.
AS IS
• We welcome pre-sale inspection on all vehicles, in fact, we recommend it!
• Any descriptions we make of vehicles shall not be construed as any type of warranty. Our pictures are as thorough and precise as we can make them, but they cannot show every dent, ding, scratch and scuff on a vehicle.
• Once a vehicle leaves our premises, no refunds, credits, or adjustments, will be issued.
• It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to have this vehicle thoroughly inspected (by a third party of buyer's choice) to satisfy him or herself as to the condition, value, and disposition of the vehicle. In the event a buyer elects to purchase a vehicle with (or without) an inspection, North Penn Imports, Inc. assume no responsibility or liability for any repairs, service or miscellany needed by the buyer.
• All Vehicles are conveyed AS-IS. Many vehicles may have factory warranty in force at the time of sale. Dealer neither makes nor implies any warranty on this or any vehicle. We do offer extended service contracts, please call for details.
• Vehicle mileage will vary slightly from the odometer picture due to road testing, test driving, and service visits.
• Be aware that these are Pre-Owned Vehicles. THEY ARE NOT NEW! Some scratches, dings, dents, and scuffs are normal and to be expected. We professionally inspect all vehicles and correct imperfections we deem appropriate. Therefore, some vehicles may have paint or body work, even though they have never been involved in an accident. Again, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to satisfy him or herself as to the disposition of the vehicle prior to purchase. We make every effort to describe our vehicles accurately and honestly, but it is a human process, and our opinions may differ.
ADDITIONAL FEES
PA residents are required to pay 6% sales tax on the final purchase price. We do not collect tax for out of state buyers. You pay your home state’s sales tax % when registering the vehicle in your home state.
OUT OF STATE SALES
For out-of-state sales, we ship titles via overnight carrier within 30 days of purchase. The vehicle will ship with a 30 day temporary tag if you require one. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
OUT OF COUNTRY SALES
We do not sell/ship vehicles outside the US.
SHIPPING AND LOCAL VENUE
• We do not arrange vehicle shipping; however we do cooperate with nearly every vehicle shipping company. We will happily assist in the shipping process and we personally see the vehicle off as they are being truck loaded.
• Most shipping companies will ship door to door right from our lot to your house. Once you have a shipping quote you are satisfied with, we assist in the remainder of the process of getting your new car on the road toward you.
North Penn Imports is not responsible for any damage during vehicle shipping. Vehicle is conveyed from our premises to the owner/buyer (sometimes via a common carrier) AS-IS, with no warranty or insurance other than that which the owner/buyer provides at the time of sale.
Fee and Tax Information: PA residents are required to pay 6% sales tax on the final purchase price. We do not collect tax for out of state buyers. You pay your home state’s sales tax % when registering the vehicle in your home state. Our dealership will collect a $120 documentary fee on top of the sales price. This covers all of your paperwork as well as a safety inspection of the vehicle and a full detail.
