1970 Chevrolet Malibu Factory original 1970 Chevrolet Malibu. Purchased in Arizona two years ago from the original owner. He had just retired and was looking for an RV. The vehicle has been stored indoors since our purchase. Plans were to frame off the Malibu and build a pro tour LS6 454. Luckily we found an original LS6 body and have saved the Malibu for its own right for restoration. The car is 100% rust free and 100% complete. The vehicle was maintained as a daily driver before our purchase. A list of the original features: 350 engine, power steering, power drum brakes. 350 transmission, 10 bolt rear-end All sheet metal panels original and accident free. Repainted once I’m guessing in the 90’s. Beige in color that matches the original All glass in good condition Outside trim is 100% complete and in very good condition Original hubcaps, steel wheels, spare tire, jack assy Interior is factory complete. Air conditioning working properly, recovered bench front/rear seats. Original door panels, steering wheel. The car starts easily, idles, and runs on the hwy as would a maintained vehicle. We have installed a new battery and inspected the brakes and suspension. Currently California licensed and registered. A nice example of an original car. It’s not perfect. But to find a vehicle that has been maintained as a stock car its whole life is always a great find. Thanks for your time.
