Vehicle Detail
This is rare original classic saab SPG model. I have been driven this for about 2 and a half years for school commute. I bought it from a Saab enthusiast, and the car served me well. However, I need to sell it due to a possible relocation. It was a long-term restoration project car I was going to do by myself after graduate, but a plan has been changed. The car starts and can be driven, but has several mechanical problems. Parts on the car will be worth more than price of the car itself. Very rare Whale Tail, Multi gauges on center. Exterior and interior are in fair condition relate to its age. Other than driver's seat, leather condition of seats is very good. Known problems I am aware of... High ideal rpm (3,000~4,000) Rear brakes need to be replaced. Power steering wheel (oil leak, currently non-power) Driver's side door locked (locked cylinder no working, I have to use passanger side to get in and out) Ignition key broken inside. Cracked dashboard. The car needs some repair for safe driving, and will be worth a lot more with restoration. No reserve. Sold as is. I will cooperate with car delivery, but a buyer needs to set it up.On May-10-11 at 17:31:35 PDT, seller added the following information: This is rare original classic saab SPG model. The answer I can give at this point is that I don't know. The car has a few mechnical problems that can affect drivability, but it starts and runs. And I drive it around town because there is no other way I can commute. It is your own risk that if you decide you will drive this to your home. What I can promise with this car is that it will start with gas and stop with brake. It can go a few hundreds miles without failure, since it will be on the highway, but at the same time, the car can be failed after 50~100 miles. This car is not the one that you buy it and drive it around without fix the problems. This is a very good candidate car to restore for adding the value on it or simply enjoy the ride.
