If you will be financing the purchase without any other seperate cash payment please ensure you have your loan approved to cover both the purchase price, any applicable taxes, registration, fees and delivery charges. The final winning price excludes all applicable taxes, registration, fees and delivery/shipping charges. A $55 California DMV documentation fee will apply to all sales. The winning bidder must pay a $1,000 deposit within 24 hours of the close of auction if in USA. If the winning bidder is outside the USA we require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable if the purchaser fails to complete the transaction for any reason. Deposits will be refunded in full if Orange County Professional Auto Brokers fail to complete the transaction for any reason. This used vehicle is sold AS IS according to California law. We guarantee to supply the title for the vehicle within 45 of the close of sale. If you need the title faster than that please contact us prior to completing the sale. Unless specifically stated otherwise we guarantee to the title will be clean and free of all liens. The title will be completed according to California DMV regulations. We cannot be responsible for different DMV regulations in other states or countries.
