GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Up for auction this week is a beautiful and clean 1998 Volkswagen Golf GL! This Golf has a 2.0L 4-Cylinder engine! This Golf comes with a MANUAL transmission! The car only has 128K miles!
The Golf also comes with some aftermarket features; carbon fiber hood, smoke bumper lights, tinted windows, M3 fenders, and spoiler!
If the winning bidder is at $4,250 or higher a 3-month warranty will be included with your purchase!
This car was involved in an accident as you will see in the Carfax, however the damage was repaired (shown in pictures)!
EXTERIOR: (Rating – 8/10!!)
This particular Golf is exceptionally clean! The exterior color is a green/blue or better known as “montego blue”! There are two rear spoilers, aftermarket M3 fenders, Smoked out bumper lights, and a carbon fiber hood!
The paint on the roof has minor fade spots and there is a small rust spot underneath the lower spoiler. Other than these 2 minor issues the exterior looks great!
The buff really brought out the shine in the paint!
The engine is a 2.0/4-cylinder! The engine also has an “Injen” aftermarket cool air intake system! The car was serviced on time!
The clutch grips gears with no issues and the gear box is smooth shifting! The car is mechanically sound and ready! Just get in and drive!
The tires are ALMOST new! There is still about 90% tread left on the tires!
As all the cars I list, I had this car fully detailed inside and out, and the buffing job really brought out the shine from the clear coat! Take the time to scroll through the pictures to see every detail of this vehicle!
INTERIOR: (Rating – 8/10!!)
The interior is extremely clean! The carpets are like new, the dash looks great, the seats are clean and all of the upholstery is near flawless!
The only issue with the interior is the leather boot around the shift knob and emergency break is worn.
This golf has an aftermarket Pioneer radio installed which is AM/FM/XM/CD and MP3 compatible!
There is a wire running through the interior to the trunck for a amp and sub connection! There is also a power sunroof in this vehicle which is fully operational!
The A/C works like a charm! It blows arctic cold air in a matter of minutes! The heater works even better! The car will be scorching hot very quickly!
AUDIO SYSTEM
This particular Golf had the stock radio replaced with an aftermarket pioneer radio which is AM/FM/CD/MP3 and XM compatible! The speakers in this hatchback project the sound extremely well! The speakers provide a quality sound!

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction.
This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE if the purchaser backs out of the deal! Your deposit will be forfeit if you waste the time of the seller by not going through with the deal for personal reasons!
The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
You are bidding on a USED car and must understand that there will be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. Such things as loose knobs and panels are likely. I will do my personal best to show you every fault I find with the car but some things might go unseen to me.
I do NOT accept returns on any vehicles! You must read the entire auction and call with any and all questions. I also suggest you come and see the vehicle prior to bidding (if you are in the area). I do my best to post everything I know about the vehicles I sell. If there is something unclear, please ASK rather than assume! I will always do my best to clear everything up prior to a sale!
Also, when purchasing a used car please note we do NOT change or replace, unless noted in the auction, such issues as engine oil & other fluid changes, tune ups, tire rotations, belt changing, wheel alignments, brakes and rotors, wiper blades, motor mounts, unless totally worn, and any other normal wear & tear issues. We also do NOT guarantee these vehicles will pass inspection unless the general maintenance is completed. What we DO guarantee is that our vehicles will be as accurately described as possible.
Fee and Tax Information: A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Temporary Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. PA residents are responsible for all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase.
A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end.
A $5.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a weeks time to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding!
Due to the fact that Paypal charges a roughly 3% surcharge for every transaction, I will ask that you do NOT pay me the balance of the vehicle with Paypal. If you want to pay anything over the $500.00 deposit then you will need to pay with either Cash, Cretified Bank Check, or a Wire Transfer.
