Vehicle Detail
1969 Mustang Mach 1 351 W Auto FMX Trans Numbers Matching Original Color Indian Fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here is your chance to own what I believe to be a fairly original project. It appears to have one repaint which went from Indian Fire originally to currently orange. There are most of the original parts on this car from vacuum hoses to original pieces like the clean rear window glass trim. I received the car in boxes. The previous owner said the transmssion didn't work so he took the whole car apart! I put the car back together using the original parts with the exception of a C-6 transmission that I already owned. The original FMX trans is included in this auction. The cars options as shown by the marti report include Power Disc Brakes / Tinted Glass / AM Radio / FMX Trans. The current condition of the car is that it runs, drives forward and reverse and stops. However, it is not road worthy. There is no exhaust on the car just the exhaust manifolds. The shifter is not hooked up properly but works for a drive around the parking lot and loading onto a trailer. The proper shifter arm is missing from the transmission. The car has the typical mustang problem areas for rust. The drivers side floor and torque box must be replaced. It is definately a project but a great car to restore. I have tried to capture most of the car with the pictures allowed by ebay but 24 just doesn't seem to be enough sometimes. Please view all 110 photos in the link below before asking a question. I think the pictures will answer most questions rather than giving a three page description of my opinion of the car. See them here: http://www.photobucket.com/deptrking The drivers side door window is missing. I haven't had time to find a replacement but will seal the car up before it gets shipped. This car is sold as is where is with no warranty expressed or implied. If this isn't what your looking for see my other auction for a 1965 Ford Falcon 2 dr Hardtop.
