I bought this vehicle January, 2003 from Martin Auto Sales in London, Kentucky. It had 6800 miles on it and was a salvage title even though it didn't have a scratch on it. All because the rear end and seats had been flooded under water. The dash and engine, etc. had not been touched. Martin Auto Sales takes flood vehicles apart and clear coats any exposed metal and cleans or replaces anything damaged. I was so impressed with their work that I risked buying this Bravada. It has been the best purchase I ever made and is still the best SUV I have ever owned. I have driven it to 127,000 miles with zero issues from the flooding. The only repairs have been normal maintenance. I rebuilt the front and rear suspension including all four struts, ball joints, stablilizer link arms, stabilizer bushings. I replaced the four wheel drive actuator motor this past year. I have flushed the transmission every 30,000 miles and filled with 11 quarts amsoil full synthetic (just did this a few weeks ago). I use Mobil One full synthetic in the engine. It has P265/50 17 Michelin Cross Terrain Tires and a brand new Napa 750 cranking amps battery. I installed new titanium spark plugs around 95,000 miles. The original plugs were still fine. I put new front brakes and rotors on around 110,000 miles. The rear brakes are factory original and only look about 1/4 worn. There are zero dents on the vehicle and it has never been in a wreck. It has a couple of small scratches in the plastic moldings that are too small to show up in the photos. The interior is perfect with only a small amount of the normal cracking and wear on the drivers seat. There is a chip in the windshield up high on the passenger side. It doesn't affect the visibility so I have not replaced the factory windshield. This may be the cleanest 2002 you will ever see. It is immaculate inside and out, under the hood and even under the vehicle. Also, this Bravada has lighted running boards, heated front seats, heated mirrors, auto dimming mirror, and power sunroof, onStar phone system, homelink garage opener, auto rain sensing wipers, auto climate control, cruise, rear audio controls, rear air and heat control, dual rear headphone inputs The mileage will be different by the end of the auction becuase I am still driving it to work every day. I have a 100% satisfaction rating on my ebay account and wish to keep this rating. If this is the vehicle you are wanting, you will not be disappointed. The reason I am selling after 8 1/2 years is that I bought a new 2011.On May-06-11 at 04:16:22 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had some inquiries about the selling price of this one of a kind SUV. I would like to get $4800 but I have set the reserve at only $3300. If you are serious, anything above that will be an actual bid. I keep forgetting more features this vehicle has. Two memory settings for seats, climate control, radio settings, mirrors. full computer system for all kinds of automatic settings. I have never reset the average mileage trip computer for past 121, 000 miles and it is shown on the computer at 18.2 mpg. Tilt leather wrapped steering wheel with audio, temperature and driver information system controls, 8 way power adjustable heated front bucket seats (both). Overhead storage console, power sun roof. I am still forgetting options, but this Bravada is fully loaded and had a $40,000 plus sticker in 2002.
