This car is a kit car based off of a 1987 Fiero GT original frame. It is licensed and titled as a 1987 Fiero. Clear Florida title. I don’t know a lot about the kit as this is the way I purchased it. It has a 2.8 V6 engine, auto trans. The kit is a Ferrari 355GT The car gets a lot of attention! I cant go anywhere without gathering a crowd! Everywhere I go people a taking pictures with their camera phones!! The engine runs great and the transmission shifts perfectly! Every gauge works. The headlights go up and down as they should. Raido/cassett works fine. Fresh tune up. I do not know the exact mileage but I’m assuming the odometer has flipped. As nice as the car looks, It is not in perfect shape. There are some cosmetic flaws. The previous owner hit a curb on the passenger side and put a small dent only on the lip of the passenger side font and real wheel. It does not affect the performance of the wheels, as its only on the lip of the rim. The alignment wasn’t done right away so the front passenger tire is worn on the outside. Other tires are good. The alignment has been done since. He also broke off the passenger side rocker panel ground effect. Its all the way on the bottom and quite frankly no one notices so I had no intention to replace. The rear passenger center cap is also missing. There is a small crack in the fiber glass (2-3”) on the rear passenger quarter above the wheel. There is also a very small crack near the front driver headlight. The paint is bright and shiny but if you look very very close, there are very tiny bubbles in the paint. NO ONE has ever noticed them but me and they wouldn’t even show up in a high megapixle camera photo. My wife is in the car everyday and she hasn’t even noticed. There are small chips here and there but are filled in with touch up and aren’t very noticeable. The door jam on the driver side is scraped on the bottom from the door opening and closing. You can only see it when the door is open as it is in the jam. The passenger door jam is split and appears someone had tried to repair it. Again, you can only see when the door is open. There are extra parts in the trunk, not even sure whats all in there but just replacement parts, not that anything else is missing. There is a very small oil leak coming from the oil pan gasket. A new replacement gasket is in the trunk but I never bothered changing due to the fact of such a minor leak. (I have not had to add any oil.) If you let the car sit for any extended period of time when you first start it sometimes there is a little puff of smoke that comes out the tailpipes. Im told its just a little oil that seeped past the valves from sitting and its normal due to the car being 24 years old.. It does NOT consistently burn oil. The interior is in good shape with the exception of a small hairline crack in the dash above the instrument cluster. The windows do go up and down. The car is a convertible. There is a snap button on top that is in the trunk but isn’t very functional and will need to be replaced if you desire to use it. I never have, as the car is garage kept. I want to be as detailed as I can on everything about the car but I am way way underselling it.. The winning bidder will be VERY satisfied with this car I drive the car everyday and have put many miles on it. I would love to keep the car but cannot due to the fact of recently running into a severe money issue. I will be very sad to see it go.. Good luck and Happy bidding!
