Up for auction is a Real 1972 maverick grabber, v8, manual transmission, air conditioning car, I recently purchased this car from the grandaughter of the original owner who ordered this car. Vin # 2k93f1******* The car was built in kansas city delivered to denver 93 in the vin indicates Maverick sport sedan 2d Grabber F code 302 2bbl manual 3 speed transmission black interior w bench seat Air conditioning The car had been sitting since 2004 when I got it I put a battery in it and changed the fuel and it runs and drives good. The body is very solid, the floors trunk, frame rails, torque boxes, hood, ect have no rust, the only place I find is in tre rear quarters a small bubble on pass front fender and its not bad, It has not damaged the inners, outers or dropdowns patch panels will do fine it wont need full quarters. The stainless and chrome are nice not perfect, glass is good one little chip in windshield, grill is not cracked, The interior is stock as far as I can tell The drivers side seat back has a hole in it, the dash has a couple cracks, Headliner, rear seat, are great no rips or tears, factory radio is still in it and an 8track player has been added, door panels are good, The engine, trans and running gear are factory munbers matching, the engine compartment even has some factory markings, This car would be a very easy restoration car or have fun just driving it around, I have the original owners manual and i would guess the build sheet is in it somewhere.
