1998 Toyota RAV4 4WD 2.0L 4-Cylinder DOHC Engine; 4 speed automatic transmission For sale by the original and private owner (I am the original owner and I am not a dealer). Automobile has low mileage for the model year; vehicle has never been smoked in and has never been in an accident. Owner still has the original window sticker, original sales invoice, all manuals, and all service records. Automobile has been regularly maintained and serviced by a local Toyota dealer and a local service station. Car paint still has original clear coat luster, but vehicle has minor scratches dings as one would expect from a 1998 vehicle. Car has one small and minor dent below the lower, driver tail light (see photo provided). Tires have much life left, owner estimates at least 20,000 more miles as tires were replaced at 83,000 miles. Vehicle has very minor rust evident around driver side A-pillar (near windshield; see photo provided). Minor chip in windshield on drivers side, size of a dime with no spreading. Car is very reliable, starts smoothly, runs great and has been well maintained by original owner. Passed NJ State Inspection and inspection good through March 2012. Owner is still driving vehicle locally so actual mileage at time of purchase may be slightly higher than listing. Mechanic inspected existing front pads / rotors on 05-May-11 and advised brakes rotors and pads are still in good shape, with plenty of pads left. IMPORTANT NOTE: New front rotors / ceramic pads will be provided to winning bidder, with purchase receipt but will NOT be changed prior to pick up as service is not necessary at this time; brakes were inspected & cleaned.
