For sale from a private collector. This 1968 Corvette L89 Coupe was purchased last summer from the owner who had it since 1982. There were 4 owners prior to that. It is equipped with the 427 cast iron V8 with factory aluminum heads and carries the engine suffix code of T0507IU. This engine was rated by chevrolet at 435 horsepower and came with the Tri-Power or 3-2 barrel carburetors. Car is very original with one repaint in the original color Silver Pearl. Paint is older and on a scale of 1-10 about a 6. Interior is original and in excellent condition. An original set of 1969 side pipes were installed in the early 70's as well and are not original to the car as side pipes were not available in 1968. Car is very original and it appears the motor has never been out of the car. Car is numbers matching. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
