98 JEEP WRANGLER - 125,700 miles For anyone interested, I have a carfax report which is the most reliable source I have come to know. It also has the buyback gurantee for my Jeep which I am not too familiar with. No known issues at all with the motor or transmission Body - body is in good shape for a 98. It has some rust, surface rust on the brackets for the doors. Hard top is in great shape. Close to excellent condition. There are some rubs and scratches, nothing bad, The exterior of the Jeep was not a concern to me when I purchased it although it looks better than most Jeeps. It also has a full size spare on the back (actually a 33" - probably one of the previous tires before the new ones were put on). Tires/Wheels - trxus tires made by interco 34x12.5x15 have more than 50 % tread, more like 75% tread. Wheels are black steel wheels - look excellent. Also has a procomp suspension lift, rockbar front end with foglights, has an additional power steering pump for low speed steering control. Previous owner put it on with the intention of making the jeep an offroad rock crawler but had to sell due to a baby on the way. I had no need for it but didn't affect it for on road driving. Interior - Very clean interior, stock stereo, no rips/tears in any seats, carpet has a few stains but overall very clean. This was the selling point for me (the interior) If the buy it now is reached, I will throw in some stereo equipment I have from another vehicle. There are two tens, an amp and head unit if you want it. Call me with any other questions/ concerns. I am looking to get an older plow truck so I would consider a partial trade. I don't want anything over 4,000 for the plow truck.
