Very original car with low original miles, only 111k/miles, and comes with all of its original items, it is missing Nothing at all! It is in really good condition for its age and miles. 111,000 miles. Pretty much RUST FREE. The condition of the body and Undercarriage is excellent. It does not leaking any fluids, or oil and it maintains Proper Temperature & oil pressure. It has the original Becker Radio, First Aid Kit, Spare, Jack and Original Tools, and Service Record Manual, Euro Service Book with original productions data sheet and Original owners manual, (In the German language). Basically everything is working on the Benz, Lights, Radio, Radio automatic antenna, Blinkers, Brake lights, All Gages including Oil pressure Gage, Speedometer, Temp Gage, Power Locks, Power Windows and Fuel gage. Original Clock even works as well as the horn. Fan Heater and Defrost works, Interior lights still come on Front and Back When you open a door. The Engine sounds great due to low miles and proper maintenance. Timing Chain and Valves have been properly inspected and they look Perfect. The interior is still in very good condition as you see, Back seat great, although front seats have some wear but they are still look very good. This Mercedes has a V-8 W116 3.5 liter Engine that really sounds great and strong with lots of power, 220 HP. I think this Mercedes was the first with Double wishbone suspension and ABS. There are a lot of W116 enthusiasts that you can see their website at W116 org that gives you plenty of information about this car there. Wood trim interior in great Shape except for one around Shifter. I believe it has the original paint. It has some fading but looks good for 32 years! I have The Mercedes in a clean / detailed condition. The brake pads and rotors are in good shape; the Benz stops fine, But does require a little more foot pressure than it should. I am fairly confident that it will travel fine. This Mercedes Sat for 1 year and 6 Months and Nearly everything has been fixed on the Benz that needed fixing. New Fuel relay, New Fuel filter, replaced lines, replaced faulty Fuel canister , Cleaned injectors, replaced some relays, Repaired and replaced some Vacuum lines, changed oil, inspected plugs, plug wires and placement, greased points, Replaced 1 Oil pressure line, Set timing, fixed Blinkers, checked and filled fluid levels, and inspected Brakes and Calipers, and rotors and many other items. But I have not been driving it long. If you are careful with Mercedes from this point it should make it for another 300,000 miles. This Mercedes is 32 YEARS OLD -it is a classic-this car is not quite ready to put your wife or 16 year old Daughter in it. It will need to be driven carefully for a while. Now the Mercedes is ready to move on to a collector, or restorer. I have saved you Thousands in the recent work that have been done to it. Tires are not leaking air and have good tread, but are old. Spare tire has air and in very good condition. All Glass, moldings and Chrome are in great shape, No warning lights are on, and Battery is keeping a full charge. Car is keeping good Temperature with a great Fuel delivery. It has a very Clean Fuel Distributor, spark plug wires and spark plugs in very good shape as well as all of its Belts. Recently timed and tuned. It has a free and clear Signed and Notarized title in hand. I will Honestly Represent the Mercedes - as I have a lot of time and Money were invested in the Benz. The Headliner is in Perfect shape, the first aid kit insert has never been opened, still in plastic seal and still has German First aid book. CLIMATE CONTROLS & AIR CONDITIONING WORKING CORRECTLY: It appears that everything on the Air-conditioning system is functioning; Compressor kicks in, Nice Cool air coming out. All 3 fan speeds working and Defrost setting (higher than 3) works, All vents and sliders working. All climate controls functioning well. Heater and Warm Defrost works as well on all three fan speeds and defrost setting. Duel Sliders for separate control settings both work.
