That said: what you see is What you get. This does run and drive, but. It smokes and rattles, and does not stop well.IT HAS AN FMF stainless MUFFLER AND OXLITE GUARDS AND like new OUTLAW TIRESmounted on ITP wheels The top end does need to be replaced or rebuilt. There are quite a few used ones around at Very reasonable prices. New parts depending on your source can be expensive or not. The Brakes will need attention and I am sure they need replacing. It is sitting in Southern Colorado Right on I-25. Possibly could be delivered for a fee up or down the Front Range and into New Mexico.
