This truck is a R 130 1 Ton Stakeside. It has grain sides on the box with fold down stock racks. It has duals on the rear. It has the original 6 cylinder 220 ci Silver Diamond engine with a 4 speed transmission. Both have recently been serviced. I installed a carb kit in May 2009, and flushed the gas lines and steam flushed the gas tank at the same time. I installed a new battery in March 2011. Tires are good all around. Glass is all original and in very good condition. There is one small crack on the passenger wing window at the latch. The rest of the glass has no cracks or chips. The brakes and clutch are all very good. The truck runs and drives very good. It has been shedded its' entire life. It is in very good overall condition with good maintenence . My father purchased this truck as the second owner on July 14, 1965. I have the Used Car Order and the Certificate of Title from that purchase. He used the truck to haul small loads of grain from the combine to the elevator and our 4-H livestock to the summer fair until 1973. We purchased a larger truck in 1975, so this one has been stored since then. The truck does not have a hoist on the box, but I have a hoist I would include if wanted. There is one small dent in the grill and in the left front fender as can be seen in the pictures. These dents were in place when dad bought the truck so I don't know what they are caused from but I dont think it would take much to take the dents out. The vehicle is located a short distance east of Billings, Montana. Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A 5% deposit will be due within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours I reserve the right to relist the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Buyer is resposible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle.
