I bought this bike at a vintage bike swap meet a year ago. It was pretty sorry looking with abundant surface rust and faded, splotchy paint. It did start and run willingly though, so I bought it. Since then I have spent many hours and dollars to get it to  the state it is in, but you can see that it still needs work. These are some of the items I replaced: fuel petcock, tachometer, tachometer cable,shocks, and probably some other things I can't think of. The tires are new, as are the chain and sprocket. I had the gas tank professionally cleaned before I painted it. It has a new battery. The engine did not really need my attention, but I cleaned the carbs and changed the oil. I spent a lot of time with steel wool and WD40 getting the rust off the fenders and rims. You can see that there is still rust in various places. I bought a used set of forks that I will include that have much less rust, including the headlight ears. It starts easily and runs well through all six gears. It surprised me with its pep. I have had fun riding it, but now I need the space for a new project. This bike still needs work cosmetically- please look at all the rust that is remaining. Sold with a bill of sale only.
