Information from original window sticker: 1997 Ford F250 4x4 Supercab XLT 139" WB Styleside 5.4 EFI V8 engine 4 spd automatic transmission with O/D and electronic shift. Exterior is Oxford white clearcoat, interior is cordovan (burgundy) cloth. A/C is cold and heat is very hot and fast!! Am/Fm stereo with cassette and CD. Cruise control, Tilt steering, 3.73 limited slip axle, Trailer towing package with trailer brake, Sliding rear window, Bed rails and bed liner, Front tow hooks, 40/60 manual reclining bench seat with driver's lumbar support, Third door passenger's side, 25 gallon fuel tank. This truck was ordered from the plant by a friend of a friend. I do not know the man personally but I do know of him and did speak to the man at his company who maintained the truck. He stated that the original owner of the truck is very much a neat freak and "anal" about his vehicle and equipment. He stated that the truck has nearly all highway miles as it was driven as his daily vehicle to and from home and to check jobsites. I was told the only heavy hauling was a welder on the back from time to time. I was told he simply wanted a new company vehicle and gave it to his son, who in turn traded it to a family friend for a 4-wheeler. I purchased it from this family friend whom I know well. The truck has new flowmasters, and a K&N air filter system. I personally have put brand new front rotors and brakes on it along with a new emergency brake and changed the oil. My mechanic is a family friend who went over the truck for me and could not believe the condition of the truck!! I know it has alot of miles but OMG you have to hear it run!! You have to drive this truck, I swear it feels and sounds brand new!!! It has almost new BF Goodrich Rugged Trail T/A 275/65R18 tires. It has new 18" Fuel rims, which the fella I got it off of says he paid $1200 for!! He also put in new fiber optic head and tail lights. I do not know of a thing wrong with the truck. Minor dings and scratches, no big dents or gouges. It doesn't burn or use oil that I know of, the underside is dry as a bone!! It is just to big and honestly to nice of a truck for what I want it for. I am looking for a mid size truck but I got a good deal on the truck and know where it came from so I thought I'd buy it and try to make a few dollars and use it until it sold. If it doesn't sell, thats fine, I'll keep it and use it but if someone wants it, here it is!! Thank you!!
