Vehicle Detail

I pulled this Saleen out of my friends collection. He had looked at 30 cars before choosing this one. When I got it it was sitting next to a real Shelby Cobra and a big block 66 vette. It has served me very well and never let me down. I have secured many deals on cool cars racing out to make my purchase in the Saleen. It’s a very bright color yellow, may be not for everybody. I call it the super taxi. It’s much faster than any other car I have every owned. There has been many other cars. This is a breathtaking car. It just looks like it’s going fast all the time. The interior is in very good condition and smells new. There’s not one door ding on the outside. The previous owner to my friend was an old man who told a story that he drove 50 yards behind the next car to avoid rock chips. The finish is in good condition. I just had the coil packs replaced , the alternator replaced and many other tune up items to the tune of $1500 bucks. I’ve got about $15,000 into the Saleen and it’s time for us to part paths. It pains me a bit, but the Saleen will need to have the rear end bushings done unless you are cool with a loud whirring noise. My friend told me it always did that and indeed it’s been consistant throughout the 10K miles I’ve driven it. The intercooler pump is a little pissy. It drops water on the ground. If this isn’t the car for you, thanks for looking at the ad. If it is, please let me know. My feedback is good. My car sales are numerous. I’m not going to sweat losing some dough here, but if your not savvy with a wrench or have a reasonable mechanic, please move on. Maybe a GT would be less finicky. I’ve had much success with the super taxi and I am sure you will too. If not, no big deal. It’s not hurting me at all to look at this car in my garage. Regards, Harris
