Up for auction is this very sweet 1956 Chevy 3200 pickup. This is a real 'eye grabber' on the streets. As I drive by, everyone is giving the thumbs up. Approsimately a 10 year old restoration of a very solid pick-up. It has a 6 cyl. 235 with a 3 speed on the column. The engine was revuilt in 1997 with 5,000 mi. on the rebuild. The paint isn't absolutely perfect, however, is relaly nice with a few small chips that could be easily touched up. The radial tires are good. This truck runs and starts great and idles smooth as well. You can tell the engine is strong by the way it runs & starts - just great. All the glass is good. The interior is nice and the seat and headliner appear to be new. The dash is nice and all the guages work. At this time the wipers are not working and it could just be a fuse.(I'll check that out). Lights and blinkers work. The floor of the box is especially nice and the sidewalls are NOT beat up. (See pictures) The tailgate is near perfect. This truck certainly has a lot of style with the bullet shaped cab corners & the wrap around rear window. (see pictures)This truck starts right up, the clutch is new, runs and drives smooth & handles good going down the road. It is fun to drive. It also has a nice clean underside. The only issue I know is once in awhile it will vibrate out of third gear as the linkage must need to be adjusted & I am having that looked at right now. This sweet pickup can be driven right away with a clear title. Low reserve!
