This bike is a really great machine, that will find a new owner in this NO RESERVE absolute auction. ****I HAVE NOT DETAILED THIS BIKE!!!****IMAGINE HOW INCREDIBLE IT WILL LOOK WHEN YOU CLEAN IT FROM FRONT TO BACK IN YOUR GARAGE! ***CONDITION REPORT*** OK, here is the scoop on this NO RESERVE absolute Ebay auction...This 2010 Triumph Bonneville Thuxton was purchased brand new at Gulf Coast Motorcycles in Fort Myers on 10/29/2011. The new owner enjoyed the bike, but did not really have the room for in his garage. Now the bike can be yours for whatever you feel is fair in this NO RESERVE ABSOLUTE AUCTION!The bike is basically bone stock in every way, and has no aftermarket or Triumph extra parts with it. It has just over 6,012 miles since new, and is covered by the balance of the factory 24 month unlimited mileage warranty until 10/29 of this year. I picked up the bike when I purchased it, and have put about 15 miles on it without any issue whatsoever. It really is a fun riding bike that gets alot of thumbs up signs from passerby. I am a bit too big for it or I would have ridden it more, because it is seriously quick, and handles like a sport bike! The bike is Bright red in finish, and has a white racing stripe that splits up the paint. The paint is glossy and bright, and has less than a handful of tiny marks or stone chips on the entire painted surface. There is a small dent that looks like a golf ball hit it on the top left side of the tank. That is because one did. The prior owner did not really have room in his garage for the bike, and had it parked near the back wall under a rack with his clubs on it. He pulled too close one day, pushed the bike onto the wall, and down came the clubs and balls! That is when it was decided for him that the bike was not to be. The dent is the only issue I can see with the paint on the entire bike, and it has not broken the paint, so a dent wizard type of guy could probably fix it for you if you wanted. Other than that, the only issues caused by the garage episode are a slightly angled down clutch lever, slightly bent down left side footpeg, and small scuffs on both sides of the exhaust pipes. The bike was NOT in a wreck, NOT dropped at speed, NOT "layed down", or anything like that. Just a 70 year old man, a crown victoria, and the realization that maybe it was time to put up the helmet. You can come see the bike, ride it, take it for an inspection, or I can take it for you as long as you pay for it. There is NOTHING to hide, and the bike runs and rides like a dream. The front and rear fenders are in excellent shape, and show no issues. Front fork lowers have only the faintest sign of bug marks, and they will probably detail out, but I have NOT DETAILED the bike so I am not sure. Headlight, tail lamp, turn signals, and horn all function as they should and show wonderfully. Cafe style handlebars are chrome, clean, and house the black hand controls which are capped with chrome bar end mirrors that look wonderful and are super easy to see out of. Shocks are stock units, and show wonderfully, and function as they should. The side covers look great on the back, and have the factory logo decals in place. The white stripe on the tank has one tiny mark on it from the golf bag incident that has been touched up with correct color paint and is hardly noticeable. The seat on the bike is like new, and has no damage or marks. Lift off the painted rear cowl, and the passenger secition of the seat shows just as nicely!The passenger gets a set of Triumph pegs along with the rider, who gets nicely set back controls for those fast rides in the country!The aluminum covers on the motor all look good, and have tarnish that wipes off with a rag and elbow grease so I am sure most will detail away when you clean it. There is a bit of pitting on the one chrome cover the bike has, and Triumph will not warranty it since they do not cover chrome. They do have some cool aftermarket covers that have british flags and stuff if you are into that. The engine is an 865cc powerplant that has tons of low down torque and great power throughout the rpm band. The bike starts with a push of the button, idles cleanly, and snaps through each gear with reckless abandon. Clutch control is smooth and sure, and the brakes bring the bike down from speed without any wobble, modulation, or fade. Wheels and tires are factory stock, and in very good condition. Tires show even wear, and should have many more miles of riding on them before you need replacements. Spokes and hubs show normal aluminum oxidation, but should detail out when you clean it. *REMEMBER! I HAVE NOT DETAILED THIS BIKE! I WIPED IT OFF WITH TURTLE WAX QUICK SHINE, AND TOOK THE PHOTOS. *This bike tracks straight as an arrow, and I had it up to 90mph and it was begging for more!
