Here is a nice freshened up 1977 Honda CB400F. It has a 400cc in-line four with a 6 speed transmission. These are a blast to ride, handle great and go fast. It runs good and is really fast for 400cc. It sounds like a race bike and screams all the way up to the 10,000 RPM redline. I purchased the bike from the original owner who took good care of it. The bike is currently set up as a cafe racer but can easily be converted back to a more stock set up. I will include the recovered bench seat, matching fender, and correct tail light. I have attached pictures of both versions. The front fender is a NOS Honda chrome fender. The tank which was in excellent was painted red with white scallops. The new fiberglass cafe seat was painted to match and has a leather seat pad. The front and rear wheels were rebuilt with new rims, spokes, inner tubes, and Avon tires. Front and rear brakes are rebuilt. The 4 into 1 header and muffler are new. The carbs were rebuilt and re-jetted to work with the new exhaust and POD air filters.The engine/tranny was serviced and tuned. I also upgraded to an electronic ignition system with dyna coils and wire. Many other new parts to make it safe and reliable. I require a $250 deposit via Pay-Pal at the end of the auction. I would prefer local pick up with the balance paid in cash. Any shipping and or shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. I have a clean title in hand and will provide a bill of sale. The reserve is reasonable but low in comparison to the time and money that went into the bike.
