Up for your consideration today is my personal Mazda Miata. It has all the options; power windows, cruise control, power steering and brakes, and the air conditioning blows cool. The car was owned by an officer of the Arkansas Miata club at one time, but was bought by my son-in-law about 6 years ago, and I bought it from him. The car is a southern car and free from rust. All gauges work, the only mechanical issues is the power antenna, which works intermittently. Brakes, engine, trans, rear axle are all in good condition; I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car anywhere! Like most convertibles this age, it has its share of rattles, and the top looks frayed, but is leak and tear-free. Last year my son's wife backed into the right fender while it was parked, and the paint has been retouched here and there. Overall though, it is a sound and trouble-free little car. The tires are about 40%, but for around town use are fine. This would make an ideal first car for a teen, or an excellent candidate for the track ( I would install a roll bar, and a new clutch; the clutch is fine for street use, but is the original; it doesn't slip, but won't take excessive abuse). Mileage is excellent, about 27-32 mpg, but my son claims 35 in commuter mode. Look carefully at the photos; I deliberately did NOT wax the car before the photos, although I did clean it well. I also did not clean the engine compartment to show that it doesn't leak or throw oil or coolant. Again I'm sure this will make someone a fun, reliable car. The car is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the sale early if it sells. I am confident enought to say that if, upon inspection, that the winning bidder is not satisfied, then I will refund the deposit, minus the fee for relisting. Thanks for looking and good luck.
