Condition: Used, Engine Seized Up, Small dent and scratch on engine hood, otherwise good condition. Tires in good condition, would probably pass a state inspection. We will remove decals before releasing the vehicle. Description: 2003 Chevy S10 2 Wheel Drive, Fuel Injected, Fleetside Pick Up with Vortec 2200 MFI L4 Engine (Engine Seized, head was removed and all parts to access head removed but are still with and included in the sale. The radiator is missing.) Exterior is Summit White, interior Graphite Gray Cloth. Has 4-SPD Automatice Trans w/Overdive, was running fine when engine seized up. Equipment Includes: Compact Spare Tire and Wheel, Welded Double Wall Pickup Box, Power Steering, Independent Front Suspension, Disc/Drum Power Brakes, Stainless Steel Exhaust, Four Wheel Antilock Brakes, Daytime Running Lamps with Auto Exterior Lamp Control, Driver & Passenger Air Bags, Air Conditioning, Standard Gauges, AM/FM Stereo W/ Clock, Dual Mirrors, 18 Gallon Fuel Tank, 60/40 Deluxe Bench Split Seat, In-Cab Jack/Wrench Storage, Intermittent Wipers/Washers. If the engine was running it was rated at 19 MPG City, 25 Highway on standard fuel. Steel painted wheels, P205/75R15 Black Wall Tires in good shape. The truck had an "Increased Capicity" option when purchased from the factory for an additional $64.00, GVW 4600 Lbs. The truck has vinyl floor covering, 50 State Emmission and a 4.10 Ratio rear Axle. Small side tool box on drivers side. We purchased this truck new in 2004 as a company salesman vehicle, it has been maintained under the company maintenance program right up until one of our employees took it home on night. It appears that something hit the radiator causing a leak and all the coolant leaked out. The employee did not realize what happened and set off to return to the shop the next morning and did not notice the temp indicaor light on. He said it kept losing power, I think he tried to make it to the next exit and ran it hot enough to seize it up. We had it towed, the mechanic disconneted all requied to get to the timing chain thinking that it had broken, but it was okay, then he pulled the head and found it was seized. up He put all the parts except the radiator in the back and sent it to our shop. We did not need it so we deceided to sell it. Company decals not included and will be removed prior to sale being completed. Rebuid the engine or drop a new on in ad a radiator and battery and you are ready to go. The battery will probably need to be repalced from setting around the shop waiting for us to sell it.
