This clean and RARE '96 F-250 HD shot box super cab 4x4 Powerstroke 5 speed manual is available! Over the past few years, I have been investing in this truck to make it a reliable, fun truck to drive. Here's what's done to it; This lightly modified 7.3L Powerstroke, done the RIGHT way, starts with a complete engine overhaul. The motor was pulled, completely overhauled, fixed what was needed, ARP HEAD STUDS INSTALLED, all new seals, belts, hoses, then painted Ford Blue. A new fuel pump, vacuum pump, power steering pump, and exhaust seals were installed. All engine fluids were flushed and replaced with a new coolant reservoir installed. There has only been 10,000 miles driven on the overhauled motor. Also, new brakes all around were installed 7,000 miles ago. (I can email scanned receipts/ details of work done) The truck has a 3" down pipe from turbo into 4" free flowing exhaust to dual 5" MBRP stainless tips. It has a K&N intake and a TS Performance 6 position chip. (1.stock 2. eco 3. towing 4. performance 5. extreme 6. fast idle) In addition to performance upgrades the truck has; Mickey Thompson ATZ 33"x12.5"x16 tires in good shape, Euro clear lenses w/ true Xenon headlights, Pioneer MP3 player w/ XM Radio reciever, full window tint, new windshield, aluminum diamond plate tool box, hide away 5th wheel ball hitch with in bed & bumper electrical receiver, power trailer brakes controller. The truck has had an easy life with myself and the orginal owner, used mostly as a commuter truck, rarely seeing dirt. Other than a slight scar on the fender/ door on the diver side, the interior and exterior are both in good shape. Air conditioning blows ice cold and heater works great too! The truck has a clean Car-fax, a free and clear title, and is the right combination for an off road diesel (shorter wheel base) or a good start on a strong, lighter than most, diesel hot rod.
