This 1970 Nova has had only one owner, I acquired it from my friend who is retiring and simplifying his assets. I have a clean title in my name to make a clean sell. It runs very well but does have an exhaust leak on the passenger side. Factory air, needs to be charged, automatic, power steering, power disc brakes, V8 307. This car is stock, no modification other than a radio. The engine has been replaced with a crate motor some time in the past 15 years. Transmission and radiator are also new. I have service records spanning every year from 1992 to 2010 (except 1997). It gives quite a history of the maintenance and repairs that kept this car in such great shape for so many years. The owner was the kind of guy that took it in for every little thing, you can see an example of this in the scanned reciept. The body is exceptionally straight though it does have a few cancerous spots that have made their way through the paint. Below is a link to photobucket where you can view a short video.
