This is a new Chinese car that has been built as an 100% electric. It is not finished and will need some parts. The motor and controller which can be very expensive are also new and they come with the unit. Batteries are included but condition of them is unknown. Battery rack has been welded under the seats. We have many extra parts that we will include which are not shown (like the seats and gauge cluster). We also have a parts car that we will include in the auction. You must make arrangements to move it since it does not have wheels however. Left hand drive. Seats two. The conversion company that rented a shop space from me left a number of vehicles in lieu of back rent so I don't know too much about this unit.
