This Peugeot 505 is an exceptionally rare find! There aren't many of these left in the USA, especially with this low original mileage. Everything works on this car, including the ice-cold A/C! Sporty 2.2 liter engine and 5-Speed transmission with a brand-new, high-quality German made clutch, as it was nearing the end of it's life. Power windows, Power locks, 6 speaker stereo with iPod input. Car drives and handles like a dream, something these cars are renowned for! Engine starts right up on even cold days and runs great. Has cruise control and is an excellent car for long trips because it's very comfortable! I have owned many of these cars, and a Peugeot 504 was my first car when I was a kid! I love them and hate to part with it, but unfortunately I can't keep all my vehicles where I live now here in Berkeley. Paint appears all original and is in surprisingly great shape for a car of this age. Dashboard is in great shape and has no cracks. Interior is only a little faded, but no tears or other damage to the upholstery. Original alloy wheels with rather new tires. On Mar-31-11 at 16:25:23 PDT, seller added the following information: Just to be clear: This is a 24 year old car! It is in amazing shape for it's age, and it's near original as far as I can tell. (Original paint, no accidents) It also runs great and passed the strict California Smog check less than a year ago. That being said, it is a vintage vehicle and I am selling it with no warranty. If you are a Peugeot enthusiast, then you already know what to expect. I don't recommend anyone looking for "just a cheap car" consider this. I'd rather see it go to someone that will take care of it and treat it well!
