For sale is a 1924 Studebaker Truck. We found this in a barn it has been sitting untouched since 1947. This Studebaker started its life out as a Studebaker touring car and was made into a truck during the Great Depression this was done for several reasons it was needed on a farm as a truck and gas was rationed during the depression and trucks were given more gas. Although this Studebaker was been made into a truck a ton of detail has gone into the conversion in the bed and the top this was not done by a hack farmer on the farm. The top is wrapped in leather with very detailed wood under it. There is also a decorative rack in the back of the top in the inside. The body appears to have very little to no rust. The Door work great and are suicide doors. the wood wheels are in good shape The windshield has dual tilt glass. The bed and hardware are original and untouched very well made. the top and bed almost appear Amish made in detail. The tool box mounted on the truck still has original parts in it like spark plugs and a man handkerchief. There is also a very old snuff tobacco can in there from the 30's?The engine does spin free by hand. This truck Defines unique and would be the ultimate rat rod or the Beverly hillbilly's truck. This truck is a untouched piece of depression Era history. There is no title we will provide a bill of sale.
