1965 Triumph Bonneville

A beautiful example of a vintage Bonneville. Frame and most Black parts have been painted in Black Imron. Correct Pacific Blue and Silver was painted by previous owner. Cadmium bolts and parts were replated, existing non standard bolts on fenders etc. were replaced with polished Stainless Steel bolts. Rims are correct Dunlops, chrome very good shape. Tires are Dunlop Gold Seal K-70's made in Japan not China, correct size and very low miles still have the little burs. Carbs are original correct Amals in great condition idles and runs excellent. Original points ignition system - 6V with a new alternator and battery installed. Engine was completely dismantled. Cylinders were 60+ over and were replaced with standard bore with new pistons and pings. Sludge trap cleaned and seals replaced. New valves installed with valve job. Engine is very clean, all work done by Ronzo at Ronnies Motorcycle Service in Titusville Florida. Has 295 miles on the rebuild and re-torque of heads and adjust valves was recommended at 500 miles. Runs like new and no oil leaks. New clutch installed shifts very smooth. All new quality cables installed. Side cases are polished and sealed no scratches no dings. Tack is NOS correct reverse rotation for the year. Speedometer was reconditioned by Nysongers and reset to zero then, 1538 miles now 295 on rebuilt motor. Impossible to estimate original miles as bike is 46 years old and no history of the previous owners. Bike was assembled prior to complete restoration due to overseas deployment. New deployment forces sale. Had planned on new spokes and painting front and rear hubs. Also shocks, front forks and oil tank were not repainted due to need to assemble bike and put in storage.
