This is a clear/clean title. The car does not have rollback miles. Exceeds mechanical limits sometimes provided for the cars which are more than 10 years old when the reading of the miles can not be recorded to the exact mile. This is the case since the number 77,000 clearly the estimate, since the owner was not sure about last digits and made it approximate amount. This explains that the last three zeros were put instead of actual numbers. Once again, No Rollback is present. 2) Registration not to be issued, tax unpaid shows that the dealership which purchased this vehicle did not pay taxes. This is totally correct and legitimate since the vehicle was purchased for the retail sale and the actual buyer will have to pay taxes applicable to their state.
