This car is a 2005 model but if was originally sold on January 30 2006, by Park Place Mercedes-Benz of Dallas, Texas. I am the second owner of this car and I bought it in April 2008 and at that time, it had 21,599 miles on it. The original factory warranty expired on January 29th 2010 and I bought an extended factory warranty for 3 years and 70,000 miles before the expiration of the factory warranty. The extended factory warranty expires on March 31, 2013. This car is always serviced and maintained by Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of Edison, New Jersey. I paid $4,800 for the extended warranty from Ray Catena and got two complementary months from them. This is a Mercedenz-Benz factory warranty and not some third party warranty. There is absolutely no deductible of any kind and it is a bumper-to-bumper warranty. This car is extremely well maintained and I have never driven it in snow and hardly ever driven it in rain. I have an SUV, that I drive during the snow season. I have never taken this car grocery shopping or any such place, where a shopping cart would slam into it. There is a crack on the reflector cover of the passenger side folding mirror and I have attached a picture of that, in this listing. Other than that, there is no scratch or dent on the car. Needless to say, this car has never been involved in any kind of accident. The tires will need to be replaced within a few thousand miles. When I bought this car, I had got new tires installed and those tires have a little over 18,000 miles on them. The overall condition of this car is way above average, with the normal wear and tear that would happen in 39,000 miles of driving. I have the free and clear title in my possession.
