1970 Dodge Challenger 340. This is an original 340 plum crazy purple challenger. Factory air and heat, automatic trans with slap stick. Came with black vinyl roof and black side stripe. Title matches fender tag and tags stamped into body match. This challenger has a lot of factory options as you can see on fender tag. You can go online to decode. The 340 in the car casting numbers are 2780930 and block dates 1970. But not sure if is a matching numbers motor and trans; but its a 340. Motor does turn over by hand but have not attempted to start it. Body is in rough condition with holes in floor pans and trunk pan. It will need full restoration in my opinion. Some parts can probably be saved but better off just replacing with new parts. All glass is good. Doors are pretty much rust free and so is the hood. The car painted several different colors over its lifetime, but painted back its original color. The original interior seats are there but need recovering. The door panels look fine. The dashboard is missing also dash pad so vin plate is not there, but can be issued by DPS. As mentioned all stamped body tags and fender tags match the title. Also the door vin match everything else. This is a rare car and in very restorable condition.
