This is a 1940 Willys 4 door sedan. There is no title and will be sold with bill of sale. The original floor is very solid as is the body. The rear doors are missing the hinges, all doors are missing latches and window regulators, has rear garnish mould, all the headliner bows are still in it, someone has replaced the firewall but is still in the sock location (not recessed), has a Buick tilt column connected to the original steering, still has the original straight axle and rearend, has the hump back trunk lid, lower panel below deck lid has been replaced (not very well) and will need attention, sitting on the original frame, most of the stainless side moulding is present, both glove box lids are there (one has radio hole cut in it but fixable), has original guages and speedometer, emblem on dash says DELUXE, has a nice quality fiberglass front clip that goes with it. This sedan will make a very solid foundation to build a gasser or hot rod or a great donor for your current project. Again there is no title and will be sold with a bill of sale. The car is located in Joplin,MO and will be the responsibility of the buyer to pick up or make arrangements to have picked up.
