NO RESERVE AUCTION 1990 Cadillac Gold Allante Convertible. LOW MILEAGE at 87K . Very nice body and paint with only minor dings and a small almost insignificant scuff on the drivers side rear bumper cover (paint only). No rust, very clean underneath car. Interior has some wear consistent with age and mileage, some fading on top of dash. Instruments work fine. Fun to drive and draws a lot of attention wherever it goes. It is not a show car but a great weekend cruiser or collector car to restore fully. Destined to be a Classic collector car. These cars were hand built by Pininfarina in Italy and then flown on a 747 to Detroit for final assembly. Very rare and collectible sexy euro look sports Convertible. Very powerful and fast 4.5 V8 Fuel Injected, Front wheel drive Automatic, loaded with all the usual Cadillac amenities. No engine or transmission issues. Runs strong and is fun to drive. The car can be driven around town as it is, but has been stored and probably should be serviced before driving long distances. All lights work, windows work, Power door locks need lubed up, but do work with the key. Automatic Trunk closer and power antenna both work fine. Typical Allante issues include AC needs re-charged (I never use it anyway) ABS / Brake light comes on (brakes stop fine but may need bled out or serviced), Bose radio has low volume but does work. Convertible top has wear and a small cut and will need to be repaired / replaced if kept outside in the weather. It is stored inside a heated building. Leaks a little transmission or steering fluid when parked overnight. I have not attempted to find out where it is coming from. This is a convertible only and does not have the removable hard top although I understand that if you wanted to use one from another car, you can find one usually for under 1000 bucks. Gold metallic exterior with tan leather and a black rag top. Car has 16 inch Dayton style knock off wire wheels and good tires. I have the original aluminum wheels / caps that will go with it.
