You are bidding on 1983 MERCEDES BENZ 300 SD TURBO DIESEL in excellent codition. The engine is strong, transmission shifting smooth and none mechanical problems. This car has the nicest interior in the nation. This car has interior 1992 upgrade from Mercedes 300SE. The car had only 27K miles! Original carpeting is still covered with dealer's plastic film. I will try to list all what is new: windshield, rear window and new seals, all chassis and subframe mounts, motor mounts, air filter, glow plugs, injectors, anti-teft car stereo with hands free phone, brake hoses, fuel hose at rear, strut arm bushings, sway bar links, all 4 vent diaphrams- recirc., recir., center, defrost, oil sending unit, vaccum supply line to booster, front shock absorbers, new dasboard, all new headliner, interior and el. seats, el. antena, all wood trim is NEW but one item only that I cannot find. NEW original never used spare in the trunk ! Mechanicaly the car is overmaintained and gently used. Interior is fantastic, firm new seats, no dirt, dust, smoke and new dash and stearing. Paint looks shiny and sharp but it will need new paint if you want to have completely a new car. NO rust and always garaged. This car has chrome wheels but I have 4 extra new wheels in original box if you prefer silver enamel over chrome. Cold and perfect A/C... Ask guestions. None hidden problems. Classic and safe car. One of the most successful body style of all times...? The fact is,....you cannot find another 300 SD with a new interior. Happy bidding...!
