sadly i am selling my little sl 350 . it has been a faithfull old freind for many years now once opon a time it wes the coolest dirtbike available till the 71 sl 350 replaced it but still has penash ! as the years go buy it is best at a show or showing off at the lockal coffe shop . very dependible and runs perfectly motor dosent even have any tiking noises just perfect. overall the bike is amasing survivor but not perfect , there is some serface rust on the rear swing arm and chain guard area and juat a touch here and there . the fenders are straight but have some scratches in the paint and worstly the tank has a dent in the lower edge on the right hand side so there is room for improvmant, but the seat is new nos a couple years back ! i had rebuilt the forks two years ago and had to replace the lower tripple tree < also nos > the carbs are cleen and it runs nice , no rust in the dented tank either i had re sproketed it weith thje smae ratio sprokets used on the cl350 hondas , making it much moor treet freindly the original dirt bike sprokets were too loww for the street . and i used a sproket specialties aluminum rear a renthal front and a modern x ring drive chain if you have any qwestions of would like some specifics pictures i am at your despoosal by email the bike is lokated in minneapolis minnesota and i can bring to a forward air shiping warhous for the buyer cost is of cours not included in purchas price . in adition i will be driving from minneapolis to mountain home arkensaw and then on too tennisee the third week of march if you are olong my rout i will bring it to you for a small gas fee On Mar-01-11 at 02:09:12 PST, seller added the following information: Sadly I am selling my little SL350. As the years go buy it is best at a show or showing off at the local coffee shop. Very dependable and motor runs perfectly, motor doesn't even have any ticking noises, motor just perfect. Overall the bike is an amazing survivor but not perfect. There is some surface rust on the rear swing arm and chain guard area and just a touch here and there. The fenders are straight but have some scratches in the paint and worstly the tank has a dent in the lower edge on the right hand side so there is room for improvement, but the seat is new a couple years back! I had rebuilt the forks two years ago and had to replace the lower triple tree. (also nose) The carbs are clean and it runs nice, no rust in the dented tank either. I had re-sprocketed it with the same ratio sprockets used on the CL350 Hondas, making it much more street friendly. The original dirtbike sprockets were too low for the street. I used a sprocket specialties aluminum rear a renthal front and a modern x ring drive chain. If you have any questions or would like some specific pictures I am at your disposal by email.
