No tears in the seat upholstry. Brand new battery. 7080 miles on the original odometer. An excellent starter bike for a new rider obtaining a motorcycle license. Some minor corrosion on the chrome and aluminum. Includes a silver Honda motorcycle cover. I am selling the bike because my girlfriend has moved up to a Harley and no longer rides the bike. The CMX250, also known as the Rebel 250, is a 250 cc class cruiser-style motorcycle made by Honda on and off since 1985. It uses the same 234 cc (14.3 cu in) straight-two engine engine as the Honda CB250 Nighthawk standard. The Rebel is part of the CM series of cruisers. Since it is lightweight at about 320 lb (150 kg), it is commonly used in the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's certified rider-training courses. The Rebel averages 65 mpg-US (3.6 L/100 km; 78 mpg), with refills needed at around 135 miles (217 km). Its maximum speed is about 80 mph (130 km/h). It has a single disc brake in the front and a drum in the rear. The only gauge is a speedometer that includes gear recommendations based on speed; there is no tachometer. The transmission is a standard down-1st, up-2nd to 5th 5-speed.
