You are bidding on a very nice 45 gpw project. I bought it with the intention of doing a full restoration to it but I have too many projects and won't ever get to it. With very little work you can have a great parade jeep or you can do a full restoration. The drive train appears to be all correct. Although not matching numbers the engine is a gpw motor (was told it came out of a running MB that was being restored). The wiring harness has been messed with so it will need to be replaced. I do have the original glove box door and tags which is hard to find but they did get a little damaged when removed as can be seen in the pictures. Tags do match the frame. The body is very solid with a little rust on the passenger side (picture included). I've already patched and primered most of the holes that were drilled for one reason or another that didn't belong on the jeep but I'm sure my body man missed a couple. There were some holed that also needed to be re-drilled as they were at one point eliminated. The front floor is solid even in areas where the hat channels have rust. The back floor is very solid. What you see is what you get. Please do all your research before bidding on the jeep. Because I require a non refundable deposit and the vehicle is sold as is, I recommend that all interested parties come see the vehicle in person before bidding or hire someone to do so on their behalf.
